Before we dive into what Wellness Lounge is and what we do, I wanted to share an insider secret...

This page is for everyone from the very beginner of a wellness journey to the most experienced Wellness Warrior. I've been a RN for 20+ years, so I'm ready and able to help anyone at any point in their health and wellness journey!

I'm also a die hard coffee drinker, book reader and sports mom, so you'll see that sprinkled throughout the Wellness Lounge too. There's a lot of real life happening here - and we're going to learn how to include health and wellness into your already full and sometimes chaotic life.

We are big on natural, non-toxic ingredients in here, which includes the products you use in your home AND the products you put on your body. Going the natural route can be easy and fun! It's not always because you want to - take it from me - I have severe allergies and have done so much better once we gave up all those chemicals!

We can ease in slowly or jump in with both feet - either way, we have trackers, checklists and planners to support you on a organized wellness jouney.
