I’ve always been a little skeptical of supplements that make big promises—especially when the product name sounds like a 90s infomercial. But here we are. I decided to try 3 Neora Supplements for a week and see what happens!
Let me start by saying I did not try this supplement system for weight loss. If you know me, I'm petite, athletic and didn't have much weight to lose. However... I am in my early 40s and the dreaded hormonal bloating, weight gain and overall BLAH feeling has hit. I’ve never taken a “block” or “burn” supplement before, but this one is different. It’s loaded with prebiotics and probiotics, and you take it like a pixie stick. Super easy, and designed to be taken on the go before a meal. Open the packet, take it like a pixie stick about 30 minutes before a meal, and that's it. Let it work it's magic! The lemon flavor is actually delicious—not chalky or medicinal at all. I’m here for it.
Cleanse & Calm:
Not gonna lie—cleanses scare me. I’ve heard horror stories. But I mixed this one into hot water, and it tasted like a fruity tea. It didn’t scream “you’ll be in the bathroom all day,” so… fingers crossed.
Day 3: Feeling the Shift
I’m noticing more energy, less bloating, and that annoying brain fog I sometimes get in the afternoon? Gone. I’m drinking the same coffee, eating mostly the same, and sleeping the same—so it’s gotta be the supplements.
And I’m not mad about it.
Day 5: Pants Don’t Lie
Ladies… the jeans that were pinching my waist last week?

Honestly, I think so!

My favorite is the Skin & Slim. I've taken collagen powder for a few years now, and I can already tell this one is a major upgrade from what I was taking before! I've honestly never been interested in supplements as a means for weight loss, but since the Block & Burn also contains prebiotics and probiotics, I'll take it. A happy belly means a happy life! The cleanse & calm is also a nice touch, a relaxing end to the day and not as scary of a cleanse as I envisioned. It's worth it!
