Before I started using topical magnesium, I had 5. Yep… FIVE!!

I’m happy to report my muscle cramps & tension have subsided but I continue to use Magnesium to fight fatigue, help stop a headache and keep my mood jolly all year long! It’s not REALLY magical, but believe me – you’ll be feeling the magic once you give it a try. I was a total skeptic at first, but now I can’t live without it!

And how do I do that?? The lotion is reserved for my bedside table/night stand, where I put it on every night before bed. The spray is my go-to body spray, especially when my allergies are on fire. It helps clear any congestion and keep headaches at bay. As a bonus, it smells GREAT!!! The sticks come along with me pretty much wherever I go. They are small enough to fit in a purse or a pocket, and it’s totally worth the space in your bag! The sticks have saved me from headaches, allergies, fatigue and a bad attitude more times than I can count!
