Keep these 5 tips for healthy skin close by.
There is no magic cure for skin issues. A lot of skin care is trial and error… and believe me, with sensitive skin and serious allergies, I’ve tried A LOT of them. Now that I’ve found a natural products and a routine that works for me, I want to share it with you.
When I first read these 5 tips for healthy skin, I was feeling a little defeated. I know I don’t drink enough water, but I do try to eat right and keep my stress levels low. I’m still working on getting enough sleep at night, but my Jordan Essentials products have made it easier than ever to have great skin!

Where is the fountain of youth?
As a society, we’ve become obsessed with staying young. For some, it goes beyond the surface level of just looking young. It is about looking well, feeling well and being well.
There are hundreds, if not millions, of things we can do to be able to maintain our youthful appearance. Now keep in mind, not all methods out there are effective or even healthy for that matter. There is so much information being shared online, it’s hard to know what’s best to follow. If you’re anything like me, it’s got to be quick, easy and not cost a ton.

- Get enough sleep.
- Use great skincare on a regular basis!
- A change of season is the perfect time to make a change to your normal routine.
- For Spring and Summer, try
- moisturizing with SPF before going out in the sun
- exfoliating dry skin away before applying skincare
- For Fall and Winter, try
- adding a deep moisturizer at night
- changing to a tinted moisturizer instead of heavy foundation
Just a word of caution – make changes one at a time, and give your skin time to adjust. Keep trying to implement our 5 tips for healthy skin, and between the two your skin can make a comeback. You may see your skin get a little worse before it gets better, but just ride that out. Your skin needs to adjust to its new environment, and clearer skin is on its way… we promise!
