3 summer skincare must haves

Summer is here and its time for warm weather skincare! Are you ready to learn our top 3 Summer Skincare Must Haves?? Let’s dive right in!!

3 Summer Skincare Must Haves

Summer Skin needs 3 things – hydration, exfoliation and protection from the sun! No matter what type of skin you have – oily, dry or normal/combination – you need all 3 steps for healthy skin all summer long.

Which one would you say you are the best at?

Hydration?

Exfoliation?

Sun Protection?

I’ll be honest and say I am the best at exfoliation. I leave my Cuke Craze exfoliator right in the shower where I can’t miss it. I definitely could be better at drinking more water and never forgetting my sunscreen! What about you? Do you have a Summer Skincare routine yet?

Keep reading to find out how we accomplish each step with our 3 Summer Skincare must haves in less than 5 minutes!

  1. Exfoliation – ALL skin types need some exfoliation, which is the physical scrubbing of dead skin off the surface. Yes, even sensitive skin needs some exfoliation every now and then to reveal youthful, glowing skin underneath.
  2. Hydration – This one is a no-brainer. Dry skin burns FAST. Keep your skin hydrated by drinking enough water and using your favorite lotion. Hydration after shaving your legs is especially important, too! No one wants dry scaly legs at the beach!
  3. Sun Protection– We absolutely can’t forget this step!! Keep your skin well protected from the sun’s damaging rays with your preferred sunscreen. Your skin will thank you!!
